Turnaround Time:
The standard turn around time for this service is 10-20 Business Days. If you add a Rush Fee, you will receive your order in 2 weeks business days. Rush fees are automatically $20 extra added to your service. The turnaround time doesn't begin until all required information has been received and your payment has been sent.
Before Purchasing:
Before booking with Khaotic Designss Co ,please make sure you fill out our design form which can be found on our website. Also, please do not book a service through us without listing contact information as well!
Requirements:
After purchasing, all content and detailed information must be submitted via email to: khaoticdesignss@gmail.com!
Photo Requirements:
It is required that all clients must have and submit high quality photos for the best quality flyer design.
Logo Files:
All logos must be sent in a .png (transparent) file via email.
Immediately After Purchasing:
After you have booked a service through Khaotic Designss Co , it is mandatory that you send all required information within 48 hours after purchasing or your order will be CANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information.
Refund Policy:
Once design process has begun, all services are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase from Khaotic Designss Co. Once payment is made the sale is final.
